"Seat Chiller" invented for car seats

Natalie Prust, of Palm Desert, CA, created the Seat Chiller, a long, ice pack-like device made to fit onto children’s car seats. The Chiller cools the seated child down and prevents soft, tender baby skin from burning. It also claims that it will prevent whining.

The Department of State has instituted a new fee schedule for passport services. In addition, the age for which both parents must appear and sign a passport application on behalf of a child will increase from 14 to 16 years old.
